Social Distancing & Personal Connections with Donnie Grady

The world may be trying to keep its distance right now, but Donnie Grady at Washington Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Washington, North Carolina is doing everything in his power to pull his customers in closer than ever from at least 6 feet away.

Donnie is taking advantage of the slow floor traffic by connecting and reconnecting with friends, family, and customers on Facebook and using video to keep his face in front of them no matter where they are in the world.

But Donnie isn't just looking to strengthen his current relationships, he's making new relationships on Facebook with local people who will someday need a new vehicle, sending them an introductory message, starting new conversations, and planting seeds for the future.

"A lot of what we're taught is very transactional. Now. Now Now. But as long as you remain transactional, you're just a commodity. What I try to do is sell the relationship, and then THAT becomes an asset," says Donnie.

An asset to the customer that offer the customer better more personalized service and solutions.

And an asset to the salesperson that pays dividends to the salesperson in the form of referrals and repeat business for years to come.
